Ok the website was down today im not sure how long for as Ive been out all day but Ive been onto customer services with the web hosting company and the problem was fixed pretty quickly :D they made some changes for security reasons and forgot to let us know -.- anyway the sites working again now.
 
Little Big Planet levels are safe

The media molecule co-founder Alex Evens announced today at the Tokyo game show that the community created levels from the little big planet beta are going to be transitioned into the full game.
This is great news as i personally spent a good few hours designing one of my levels and im glad that it will be kept on into the full game. This will also allow the people that didn't get into the beta to try out some of the ingenious creations that appeared like the Tetris level :).

The little big planet beta ends this sunday so i hope you have your copy's pre-ordered.
 
Little Big Planet Characters

Two new characters were announced for little big planet recently at the Tokyo game show. The two new characters are solid snake from the metal gear solid series and Sephiroth from final fantasy. The two new characters look amazing as you can see in the pictures below.

Microsoft announces Halo 3 Recon

Microsoft has announced Halo 3 Recon with the tagline "new hero, new campaign, prepare to drop fall 2009". The game will include new multiplayer maps and Forge content in addition to, clearly, new single-player content.

According to Xbox.com, it's a "standalone expansion" that "lets you experience events leading up to the epic story told in Halo 3 through the eyes of a new hero in the Halo universe".
